Coordinate
 system consists of three maps Egyptian zones Zones are commonly called
as the (Belts Belts). Geodetic Reference Geodetic Datum maps used in the
 Egyptian General Authority for space is a global reference Helmert 1906
 Helmert 1906 EllipsoidAnd projection system maps used in Egypt called
the system Mirkator
 browser Egyptian Egyptian Transverse Macerator usually symbolized by
the ETM simply as a special version of the global system Mirkator
browser but with special elements in Egypt. And change the values of
these elements with each belt (area) of the Egyptian maps as follows : 1 - Red Belt Red Belt: This belt covers the central region of Egypt and that of longitude 29 east to longitude 33 east. The
 values are the elements of the system ETM in this belt are: False
Easting = 615 000 m east supposed CoordinateFalse Northing = 810 000 m

eastern region of Egypt and that of longitude 33 east to longitude 37
east. The
 values are the elements of the system ETM in this belt are: False
Easting = 300 000 m east supposed CoordinateFalse Northing = 110 000 m

the western region in Egypt and that of longitude 25 east to longitude
29 east. The
 values are the elements of the system ETM in this belt are: False

to the widespread use of GPS technology in the surveying business in
Egypt has announced that the Egyptian General Authority for the area
several years ago for the development of a new system of coordinates
used in the
 Egyptian maps and knew the name of the system: the system browser
Mericator average Modified Transverse Macerator or simply as MTMLaunched
 or announced since 1995 with the completion of the creation of the new
Egyptian Geodetic Reference-based GPS (network HARN) MTM system will
depend on
 the WGS84 geodetic reference and not like the former regime in 1906
HlmertLike the previous regime will be using the system for the type of
MTM projection maps of type Mericator browser, but will be divided into
five segments Egypt (not only 3 in the former regime ).
 There are several common elements among the five slides as follows:
False Easting = 300 000 m east supposed CoordinateFalse Northing = 0 m
coordinates of the northern supposedLatitude = 0 degree latitudeScale on
 central Meridian = 0.9999 coefficient scaleZone width = 3 degree
Viewing AreaThe only value
 that changes from one slide to another Longitude are as follows: Slide
1: Longitude = 25 30Slide 2: Longitude = 28 30Slide 3: Longitude = 31
30Slide 4: Longitude = 34 30Slide 5: Longitude = 37
